What is the internal bra?
The internal bra is a breast-lift technique in which the breast’s own tissue is reshaped and sutured so that it acts as a supporting framework. Unlike a conventional lift, the breast is not only raised – it gains support from within.

What is a breast lift with an internal bra?
A lifting technique in which the breast’s own tissue is reshaped and sutured so that it supports the breast from within – like a bra. The skin no longer has to carry the whole load.
Do I need an implant for this?
No. The internal bra is formed from your own tissue. If you also want more volume, an implant can be placed in the same procedure.
How long does the result last?
Longer than with skin tightening alone, because the internal support carries the load. Tissue ageing cannot be stopped completely, but the breasts drop much less than before.
How long does the operation take?
Around two to three hours under general anaesthetic; you stay one night at the Kuzbari Centre.
What scars remain?
As with every lift, a scar around the areola, usually a vertical one below it and, with more pronounced sagging, one in the fold. The scars fade over months.
When can I work and exercise again?
Desk work after around a week, endurance sport after about four weeks, strength training after about six.
