Rhinoplasty at the Kuzbari Centre
The nose sits in the middle of the face and helps determine how the face looks as a whole. It is also the organ you breathe through. That is why we examine both form and function in every rhinoplasty, even if only the shape bothers you. We stand for the best possible results with the highest possible safety. From the consultation and the operation to the aftercare, everything takes place under one roof.
- Three nasal surgery specialists
- First consultation with 3D simulation
- Three in-house operating theatres
- Instalments over up to 60 months
More than an hour of time, an examination from outside and inside and a 3D simulation, with no obligation.

The best possible results with the highest possible safety
Nasal surgery is one of the most demanding operations in plastic surgery: the nose sits in the middle of the face and cannot be hidden, and the operation has to bring function and aesthetics into harmony.
That is why three specialists who focus on the nose operate here. What is possible depends on your anatomy: on the proportions of your face, the supporting framework of the nose and the thickness of your nasal skin. We discuss these limits in the first consultation, before you decide.

Our nasal surgery specialists
Univ. Doz. Dr. Rafic Kuzbari, Dr. Christoph Grill and DDr. Jessica Wittmann perform nose surgery at the Kuzbari Centre. The doctor who advises you also operates on you and sees you again at the follow-up appointments.

Specialised exclusively in facial surgery. Where the findings are suitable, she works with the dorsal preservation technique and, where possible, improves shape and nasal breathing in the same procedure.
View profileResults by concern
A hump, the nasal tip, a crooked or wide nose, obstructed breathing or a nose that has already been operated on: for each of these concerns we show one case from a patient of the Kuzbari Centre. The photos show what was possible in a particular starting situation, not what is possible for you. In the first consultation we pick out cases whose starting point resembles yours.
- Hump
before
after
In profile the patient was bothered above all by the hump; she explicitly did not want a curve in the bridge of the nose. Septorhinoplasty using the dorsal preservation technique, performed by DDr. Jessica Wittmann.
- Nasal tip
before
after
The patient was bothered by the shape of her nose, above all by the drooping tip and the arched nasal profile.
- Crooked nose
before
after
The patient wanted a nose that suits her face and does not look operated on. Among other things she was bothered by the drooping tip and the crooked nose; at the same time, the restricted breathing on the left side was to be improved. Open septorhinoplasty.
- Wide nose
before
after
The patient wanted the shape of her nose improved; she felt it was “too wide and undefined” overall. Aesthetic nose operation.
- Nose too large
before
after
The patient wanted a smaller nose overall that would better suit her face. Open septorhinoplasty.
- Nasal breathing
before
after
The patient wanted the hump corrected and the nose reduced overall; her impaired nasal breathing bothered her during sport. Open nose operation with straightening of the nasal septum.
- Previously operated nose
before
after
The patient had already had surgery on her nose and was unhappy with the result. She wanted a more even nose, above all the correction of a collapsed area to the left of the tip, more rotation and slightly less curve in the bridge. Secondary open septorhinoplasty with rib cartilage graft, performed by Dr. Christoph Grill.

Safety at the Kuzbari Centre
The highest possible safety comes about when three factors meet: the quality of the medical team, modern technology and time for the patient. Most of what makes a procedure safe happens before the first incision is made.
The team behind our doctors
Our entire team works exclusively in aesthetic medicine. Practice assistants, nursing staff, theatre nurses and anaesthesia accompany the same procedures every day and know every step. You explain your situation once, and everyone in the building is informed.
On the day of surgery your surgeon and the anaesthetist come to your room before the procedure. The next morning you are examined in your room and the course of your recovery is discussed.

The right method
Which technique is used is not fixed in advance. It follows from the examination from outside and inside, from the thickness of your skin and from the stability of your cartilage framework. Aesthetic and functional corrections are often combined in one procedure.
The 3D simulation
With Vectra 3D technology, a three-dimensional model of your face is created in the first consultation. On it we model the changes you would like together with you and show your possible future nose in profile, from the front and from below. This turns “a little straighter” into an image you can talk about.
The 3D simulation is a fixed part of every first rhinoplasty consultation. The result is a preview within the limits of your anatomy, not a promise. More about the 3D simulation
Since the human face is not a piece of wood to be carved into shape, the result will of course not turn out exactly like the computer simulation.

Everything in one place
First consultation, 3D simulation, informed consent, anaesthesia preparation, operation, recovery room, overnight stay and all follow-up appointments take place at the Kuzbari Centre: on 1,800 square metres at Seitzergasse 2-4 in the Goldenes Quartier, with its own surgical wing, three operating theatres and its own patient rooms. There is no transfer between facilities and no handover to an unfamiliar team. From your first question to your last check-up you stay with the same people.
The night after the operation
Our patient rooms are private, our nursing staff are there around the clock, and the view stretches over Vienna’s old town to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. For your meals you can choose from a specially tailored menu from the neighbouring Park Hyatt Vienna. The next morning you can go home before 10 am.

Costs and instalments
At the Kuzbari Centre a rhinoplasty starts at €9,350 for a first operation, all inclusive. You receive the binding cost estimate in writing after the examination.
The price includes the first consultation and 3D simulation, the operation, anaesthesia and assisting team, overnight stay and meals, and all follow-up appointments. A nose that has already been operated on costs more: scars, altered tissue and missing cartilage make the work more complex. For a previously operated nose, the price starts at €9,950, €10,900 or €11,900, depending on complexity.
