A rhinoplasty has to run perfectly, and the work for that begins long before the day of surgery. This is why we set aside more than an hour for you in the initial consultation. What happens in that hour is no surprise:
- A conversation about your concern: what troubles you, since when, in which view?
- An examination of your nose from the outside and from the inside, including nasal breathing and skin thickness.
- The 3D simulation of your possible new nose — in profile, from the front and from below.
- Before-and-after photographs of cases whose starting point resembles yours.
- An explanation of which technique suits your findings and where its limits lie.
- A written cost estimate covering every service included.

How to prepare for the appointment
You need bring nothing but yourself. Three things nevertheless make the conversation better.
What happens after the appointment
After the initial consultation you decide at your own pace. There is no deadline and no follow-up call pressing you. If you decide on surgery, the road ahead looks like this:
- Consent and preparation
Informed-consent discussion, medical history and laboratory values, anaesthetic preparation through the pre-anaesthesia clinic in the building. Before your rhinoplasty
- The day of surgery
Surgery takes place in the centre’s own theatres, under general anaesthesia, one to four hours depending on the findings. During the operation
- One night and discharge
Your own patient room, nursing around the clock, follow-up talk in the morning. You can leave the building before 10 o’clock.
- Healing and check-ups
Splint for around ten days, socially presentable after one to three weeks, final outcome after six to twelve months. After the operation

How long does the initial consultation take?
More than an hour. That time covers the conversation, the examination from outside and inside, the 3D simulation and the discussion of technique, risks and costs.
Is the initial consultation without obligation?
Yes. It commits you to nothing. Nobody is pushed into surgery, and there is no deadline by which you would have to make up your mind.

Is the 3D simulation part of the appointment?
Yes, it takes place in the same appointment and is included. Our 3D simulation shows your future nose not only in profile, but also from the front and from below.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Photographs of yourself in which the shape of your nose troubles you, and photographs of nasal shapes you like. If you have had nasal surgery before, please bring the surgical report and photographs from the time before it. Come without make-up if you can.
What does a rhinoplasty cost?
A first-time procedure starts at 9,350 euros, everything included. You receive the binding cost estimate in writing after the examination. The cost can be spread over up to five years through Kuzbari Finance.
Can I reschedule an appointment?

Where do I find the Kuzbari Centre?

Do you also advise on previously operated noses?
Yes. Four in ten nasal operations at the Kuzbari Centre are revision rhinoplasties on a nose that has already been operated on. Such procedures call for particular experience, and we deliberately take these cases on.
From what age is a rhinoplasty possible?
It requires completed nasal growth. Added to that are good general health and realistic expectations of the outcome.
