These procedures are among the most frequent at our centre. No wonder, because at the Kuzbari Centre two specialists, Dr. Christoph Grill and DDr. Jessica Wittmann, work exclusively on facial surgery. That specialisation is essential precisely for rhinoplasty: the highest degree of precision is called for and years of experience are needed – after all, aesthetics and function have to be brought into harmony in a single operation.
To lift the whole experience to a new level for women and men alike, and to make the course of their nasal surgery as straightforward and as safe as possible, we have brought together in one place everything needed for the perfect nose.
You can place your trust in us: with more than 10,000 operations performed, we are among the largest and most experienced centres for rhinoplasty anywhere. This page brings together the most important advantages for your nasal surgery, and in the video below Dr. Grill takes you along on the journey to the perfect nose.

Founder of the Kuzbari Centre. He also takes on demanding revision procedures and has worked with the Piezotom for years.

At the Kuzbari Centre we set standards in nasal surgery. Our experienced team of surgeons has mastered every technique of modern rhinoplasty to perfection. Whether you decide on an open or a closed technique, whether you wish for a nose reduction, an adjustment of the nasal tip or the removal of a nasal hump – with us you are in the best hands. On our website we distinguish between the following procedures:
Anyone who is not satisfied with their nose also knows what they would like to change. But will it then really look good? Are the proportions right and, much more importantly: do the doctor and the patient have the same picture in mind?
Our 3D simulation device has an answer to all these questions. In the form, namely, of a perfect three-dimensional model of your face, which you can model together with us according to your wishes. That helps not only you but also us, because it is the only way we can be sure that we have the same idea of your future nose as you do.
We have our own state-of-the-art operating theatres, which we use exclusively to carry out our aesthetic operations. In our surgical wing everything – from the anaesthesia and the nurses to the recovery unit – is therefore set up and organised perfectly for rhinoplasty. We carry out more than 200 nasal operations here every year.
The most striking advantage is the one you see in the outcome rather than in a bullet list. It has to do with the choice of surgical technique.
We work a great deal with the modern nose-bridge-preserving technique known as dorsal preservation, as well as with hybrid techniques — not exclusively with traditional structural septorhinoplasty. The natural bridge of the nose is preserved rather than taken down and rebuilt.
This has three advantages: the outcome looks particularly natural, it is stable in the long term, and the risk of later irregularities along the bridge goes down — which counts above all with thin skin, where every tiny edge becomes visible. Certain deviations also recur less often.
The nose-bridge-preserving technique is not superior across the board: for many findings it is the gentler choice, for others structural septorhinoplasty or a combination of both is. What suits your nose is decided by the examination — and that includes how thick your nasal skin is. How thick is your skin?
With thick skin, a broad bony base or a tip with little definition we build up rather than take down: a stable cartilage framework carries the tip against the soft tissue, and the character of the nose is preserved. To that end, Dr. Christoph Grill and DDr. Jessica Wittmann spent a fellowship in Brazil in 2026 working intensively with new and modern techniques of rhinoplasty.
During surgery DDr. Jessica Wittmann uses the projectometer to measure the projection of the nasal tip and the height of the bridge — before the first step and after every further one, each time against the plan from the 3D simulation.
A nose operation is always a radical change — the art lies in achieving a restrained, inconspicuous result with it. Dr. Christoph Grill explains this contradiction and why small changes of all things are often the most difficult.

A rhinoplasty here takes one to four hours. That range is deliberate: we operate in our own theatres and therefore without time pressure — for as long as it takes until every detail is right. How long a procedure takes is decided by the findings, not by the appointment book.
The same attitude applies beforehand: the initial consultation lasts more than an hour, examination from outside and inside and 3D simulation included. Our 3D simulation shows your future nose not only in profile, but also from the front and from below. You therefore see your possible outcome from exactly the angles from which other people see you every day — and we discuss the same image before surgery.
Four in ten nasal operations at the Kuzbari Centre are revision rhinoplasties on a nose that has already been operated on. Such procedures call for particular experience: the tissue is scarred, cartilage is sometimes missing, and the starting point differs from person to person. We deliberately take such cases on.
Operations like these take longer, often call for a cartilage graft from the ear or a rib, and can be planned less precisely than a first operation. That is exactly why it is an advantage when a centre performs them regularly. More about revision and repeat surgery
