Plasma method (vampire)

Hair loss is widespread and affects not only men but very often women too. Until recently hair loss could only be treated with medicines that have many side effects or with a hair transplant. A new and scientifically proven method is now bringing about a small revolution!

What is known as the plasma treatment ("vampire") uses the body’s own growth factors to make hair grow thicker again. In contrast to conventional methods it has the advantage that almost no side effects can occur, because only the body’s own substances are used.

The successful treatment consists of two steps, which take place in the same session (about 60 minutes):

1.-3. Preparation of the blood

First blood is taken from you. Small amounts of 8 to 16 millilitres are usually enough. Your own blood is then separated so that only what is known as autologous plasma remains, which contains the highly effective growth factors.

4. Returning the plasma to the scalp

The plasma is injected exactly where the hair roots are. You feel several small needle pricks, comparable to having blood taken. The growth factors contained in the plasma then work like small signal givers that stimulate regeneration processes in the hair roots and boost hair growth.

After three initial treatments the first results appear. In order to maintain and optimise the result, we recommend a refresher every four months.
