DDr. Jessica Wittmann is a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery. At the Kuzbari Centre for Aesthetic Medicine her focus is on facial rejuvenation and nasal surgery.
Even as a small child, DDr. Jessica Wittmann was always interested in working with her hands. At the age of three she liked nothing better than taking devices such as alarm clocks apart and screwing them back together again; later she made pottery and carved. So she had a passion for craftsmanship, and for art as well, from an early age.
This passion and the high standards she sets for herself and for her medicine run through the whole of DDr. Wittmann’s career. Facial surgery, the ‘supreme discipline’ of surgery, fascinated her early on. Surgery on the face demands the highest degree of precision and aesthetic judgement. Every step has to be carefully considered and weighed up according to anatomical, functional and aesthetic criteria.
She completed her specialist training in oral and maxillofacial surgery in the shortest possible time. In doing so she also gained a deep understanding of how the bony, cartilaginous and soft tissue structures of the face relate to one another and how they affect shape, appearance and function. Her studies in dentistry added further facets to this knowledge and sharpened her feeling for aesthetics in the facial area.

In 2026 DDr. Wittmann completed a fellowship in Brazil together with Dr. Christoph Grill, working intensively with new and modern techniques of rhinoplasty, with a focus on thick skin and ethnic nasal shapes; these techniques now feed into her work. During her nasal operations she also works with the projectometer: the instrument measures the projection of the nasal tip and the height of the bridge in millimetres, so that every surgical step can be compared with the plan from the 3D simulation.

I have a particular passion for procedures in the facial area – eyelid surgery or rhinoplasty, for example. Here even small changes often have a great effect, making the whole appearance look more harmonious and fresher. In nasal surgery in particular, and to some extent in eyelid surgery as well, function (nasal breathing and field of vision) can often be improved considerably at the same time, which makes aesthetic surgery a good deal more rewarding still.
