In the morning the furrow is deeper and the upper eyelids somewhat more swollen.

The patient complains of a feeling of tightness on the forehead. She works a great deal at the computer and notices that she repeatedly has to furrow her forehead because of a feeling of pressure on the upper eyelids. This aspect is very important to her, alongside the improvements in aesthetics that she naturally wants. Up to now she has always had little visible pretarsal skin, even as a teenager, and has never really been able to put on make-up well. She wishes to "look normal and not as if smoked out".
