The prices at a glance
At the Kuzbari Centre an upper eyelid lift costs from €2,600, a lower eyelid lift from €2,600 and a brow lift likewise from €2,600. If upper and lower lids are treated in one session, the price starts from €4,400, because parts of the work only arise once.
The word “from” is there on purpose. How much skin has to be removed, whether fatty tissue is repositioned or added, whether the lid ligament needs tightening, whether an asymmetry has to be balanced: the findings decide that, not the wish. After the examination you receive the binding figure in writing, before you decide anything.

What the figure covers
The price is a total price. It covers everything belonging to your treatment: the first consultation with photo analysis, the diagnostics, the surgical plan, the operation in our own theatres, the local anaesthetic, suture removal and every follow-up appointment up to the final result. What we quote at the first consultation is the figure on the invoice.
You receive all the documents in writing: the quotation, the consent information, the rules for the days afterwards and the appointments. None of that is charged separately.

Additional modules
Some findings need more than the lift itself. We bill these separately so that nobody pays for something they do not need. Whether any of them makes sense in your case is decided by the examination — and stated in the quotation before you agree to anything.

Where the difference between two quotations comes from
Two patients with the same wish can receive two different quotations, and there are understandable reasons for that. At the lid, the findings decide the work involved, and the work decides the price.
Instalments through Kuzbari Finance
The cost can be spread over up to five years through Kuzbari Finance. The annual percentage rate is 9.99%; the binding terms depend on the term and on your creditworthiness and are set out in your application. You will find the application and the calculator at Kuzbari Finance directly.

Private or public?
The Kuzbari Centre is a licensed private hospital. Billing through the statutory health insurance is not provided for here. We would rather say that in the first paragraph than in the small print.

Why do the upper and lower lid cost the same?
Because we calculate by the work involved. Work on the lower lid is technically more demanding, work on the upper lid often more extensive — on average it comes to the same. That is why both carry the same starting price.
Are follow-up appointments included in the price?
Yes. Every follow-up appointment up to the final result is included, as is suture removal after about a week and the advice on scar care. No extra costs are added.
Is twilight sedation charged separately?
Yes, twilight sedation is an additional module and costs €390 to €1,410 depending on the extent. Eyelid surgery works well under local anaesthesia; whether you add sedation is your decision.
What does fat grafting at the lids cost?
At the upper lid €540, at the lower lid €1,080. It is added when volume is missing in the socket or at the transition to the cheek — without balancing it, the lift would emphasise the hollow.
Is it possible to pay in instalments?

Does the health insurer cover eyelid surgery?
The Kuzbari Centre is a private hospital; billing through the statutory health insurance is not provided for here. We will of course issue a detailed invoice.
Am I committed to anything after the consultation?
No. The first consultation is without obligation. You receive the quotation in writing and decide at your own pace. Nobody is pushed towards an operation.
How long is the quotation valid?
The quotation relates to the findings we examined. If nothing changes in the meantime it continues to apply; if the consultation was a long time ago we look at the lid region again before the date — that appointment is included.
Is a secondary correction charged separately?
Eyelid surgery is planned for a result that lasts. Should a fine correction be needed, we discuss it openly at the check-up — with what it means in terms of work, and in writing, before anything happens.
