How do I prepare for breast surgery?

In the pre-op talk you learn which medication to stop and what to bear in mind on the day. You arrive with an empty stomach, without make-up or jewellery, in comfortable clothing and with someone to take you home the next day.

When is the right time for a breast augmentation?

You must be of legal age. If a child is planned within the next one or two years, waiting is usually sensible; there should be around a year between surgery and pregnancy.

How does the 3D simulation work?

Your upper body is scanned in three dimensions. On the model you try different implants, and with the virtual reality headset you can even move around freely.

Do I have to stop smoking before breast surgery?

Smoking affects wound healing. Discuss what applies in your case with your surgeon; Dr. Dobrovits explains it in the video.

What can be done about sagging breasts?

Usually a breast lift is needed, combined with an implant for more upper fullness if you wish. Breast lift
