A great deal of experience
Correcting a breast deformity requires a great deal of skill. A combination of different surgical techniques is often necessary in order to improve the shape of the breast. Augmentation, reduction, lifting, liposuction and/or autologous fat transfer can be used for this. After examining the breast, and taking the very personal wishes into account, Dr. Kuzbari draws up an individual surgical plan for each of his patients. The aim is always a natural and long-term stable breast shape.
After his studies in Vienna, Univ. Doz. Dr. Kuzbari completed several periods abroad at renowned American universities. He was interim head of the department for plastic surgery at the Wilhelminenspital, is a member of the renowned Alpine Workshop, to which some of the world's best plastic surgeons belong, and currently represents Austria at EURAPS, the plastic surgery society with the highest scientific standing.
It is good to know that Dr. Kuzbari has also written a scientific paper on the treatment of breast asymmetries. It examined those factors that are responsible for the greatest possible long-term stability of the breast shape after surgical correction. In addition, Dr. Kuzbari is co-author of a book on breast surgery.
Alongside all the theory, however, practice still wins out: after many hundreds of breast operations, Dr. Kuzbari can confidently speak of many years of experience.
