A rhinoplasty is not a single appointment but a path: the first conversation, the examination, the 3D simulation, the planning, the day of surgery, the weeks that follow and the check-ups up to the final result. At the Kuzbari Centre this entire path takes place in one single location. You stay in the same building, with the same people, from your first question to your last check-up.
That may sound obvious, but it is not. Consultation, simulation, preparation, surgery, inpatient care and aftercare mesh here because they are planned in the same building. Your surgeon knows the operating theatre in which you will be operated on. The nursing team knows the process because it accompanies it every day. And you never have to carry findings across town.
Each of these five steps has its own place in the building and its own time. None of them is outsourced, and none of them happens merely in passing.
We set aside more than an hour for the initial consultation. We listen, we examine the nose from outside and from inside, we check nasal breathing and we assess the nasal dorsum, the nasal tip, the nasal septum and skin thickness. Afterwards you know what is possible in your case and what is not. The consultation is without obligation, and nobody is pushed towards an operation.
Vectra 3D technology creates a three-dimensional image of your nose during that same appointment. On it we show the individual surgical steps and their possible outcome – from every angle. That turns "a little straighter" into a picture you can talk about. The simulation is part of the consultation and takes place in the very building where the surgery will later happen.
Between the decision and the day of surgery come the pre-operative consultation and the preparation: medical history, laboratory values, preparation for anaesthesia, medication that has to be stopped, and the planning of your recovery time. Skin thickness feeds into the planning too, because it co-determines how fine the result can be. We bundle these steps so that no unnecessary journeys arise.
Surgery takes place in our own surgical wing, performed by the doctor you know from the consultation, with a team that accompanies aesthetic procedures only. Because the operating theatres are ours, the result determines the duration and not the timetable. Nasal packing is not necessary at the Kuzbari Centre. When you are discharged you have your surgeon’s mobile number with you.
The splint or the plaster stays on for about ten days. During that time and afterwards we accompany you with follow-up appointments up to the final result, which in the case of the nose develops over months. These appointments take place where you were advised and operated on – with the same people, with the same medical history in front of them.
Across 1,800 square metres in the Goldenes Quartier, our private clinic specialising in aesthetic medicine brings together plastic surgery, dermatology and cosmetics. Reception, consulting rooms, the surgical wing and the patient rooms all lie within a short walk of one another.
In the open reception area our team welcomes you and helps with everything organisational, from scheduling to finance. Whether you prefer to wait discreetly or in the middle of the room is your decision. The design comes from the Italian architect Francesco Lopez.
In our consulting rooms we take time for your questions and wishes. This is also where the Vectra 3D simulation stands, which makes the outcome easier to picture. Our doors carry no signs and our doctors move between the rooms: even for regular guests it is impossible to tell what is being discussed behind which door.
Three operating theatres of our own, equipped with current technology and tailored to aesthetic procedures, form the heart of the centre. From a small outpatient procedure to an eight-hour operation with an inpatient stay, everything happens directly in the building. The same surgeons work here every day with the same team of practice assistants, nurses, theatre nurses and anaesthetists.
Anyone who stays a night after surgery stays in the building. Our patient rooms are private, our nursing staff are there around the clock, and the view reaches across the old town of Vienna to St Stephen’s Cathedral. The stay feels more like a hotel than a hospital.
The Kuzbari Centre is located at Seitzergasse 2-4 in the Goldenes Quartier, a few steps from Graben, Kohlmarkt and Am Hof. For your meals during an inpatient stay you can choose from a menu put together specially by the neighbouring Park Hyatt Vienna. And the centre has four entrances – for special needs there are special routes.

Our entire team works exclusively in aesthetic medicine. Practice assistants, nurses, theatre nurses and anaesthetists accompany the same procedures every day and know every step. That is where well-rehearsed processes come from: you explain your situation once, and everyone in the building is informed.

Most procedures require only a short recovery, and many patients go home the same day. If a night makes sense or you would like one, you stay in one of our patient rooms, cared for by our own nursing staff.
