Excellent, professionally outstanding, very sensitive and humane advice, enough time for all personal questions; after pregnancy my breasts were sagging and I decided on a lift including implants. From the outset I was told what is feasible and what is not and how things stand with the risks. As I had wished, the result is super natural and yet absolutely firm and full; Dr. Draxler needed only a minimum of incisions and spared me two vertical scars (they might have been necessary, but he was able to avoid them). The shape and the size of the breasts were not right, and in addition a wound-healing disorder led to unsightly wide scars in the inframammary fold. Breast augmentation from A to C - I had my breast surgery carried out by Dr. Draxler (380 ml) and it has turned out simply sensational. The initial consultation was completely relaxed and he addressed all my questions and I felt very well advised. Above all because I did not know exactly how large I wanted the bust to be, or what would still look good and what would be too much. He took a great deal of time and together we then decided on the ideal size. The discussion before the operation with him and with the anaesthetist was very informative and professional too. Before the operation Dr. Draxler again took a great deal of time to mark everything and measure it precisely, and my nervousness disappeared at once. In the operating theatre the staff were all very caring and relaxed, so that I could really relax. The operation took about an hour and I was then able to go back to my room. The pain was not worth mentioning at all; of course the bust feels tight and it really is like badly aching muscles, but that is all. Breast lift - The decision about which doctor I would entrust with the reshaping of my bust was an easy one. Beforehand I had done a fair amount of research and consulted several surgeons in Vienna: every appointment elsewhere reinforced my view that the one at the top of my list - Dr. Dobrovits - really is the right doctor for me. At the initial consultation he already took an hour, explained the surgical method to me and presented an impressive series of before and after photos of examples similar to my own starting point. No off-the-peg solutions, a great wealth of experience and consideration for my wishes as a patient - these were exactly the points that were important to me. It was not only his professional expertise that convinced me; his exceedingly likeable, winning manner also gave me the feeling of being in the best of hands. On the day of the operation, during the markings, I realised how much of a perfectionist Dr. Dobrovits is. Kuzbari advertises with bespoke work and, from a patient’s point of view, I can only confirm that. I had the impression that before the operation he internalised my wish and did everything to achieve the best possible result for me. Developmental disorder of the breast - I always felt inferior and sadly never feminine, because I had underdeveloped breasts. Breast augmentation after implant removal - 1st breast operation in 2015; the implants never became properly soft, in fact rather harder, until it turned out that a capsular contracture had formed. At the end of 2016 I decided to have the implants exchanged by another doctor. After the operation one of the scars became inflamed and opened up. In the end I had to have both implants removed. I had already had my bust enlarged 3 years ago, but in the meantime it had developed into a genuine deformation with visible dents in the breast. I heard about Dr. Dobrovits from a friend, and that if anyone was capable of correcting it he would be the right person. And so it turned out! I had already had my bust enlarged 5 years earlier and was never entirely happy with the result, because at the time I was talked into round implants even though I had wanted teardrop-shaped ones. So I went to several doctors for advice. One doctor said it was "fine as it is" and that he would not do anything. Another would have done it, but again with round implants with a higher profile. As that was once again not what I wanted, I made one more attempt and booked a consultation with Dr. Dobrovits. He was the only one by whom I felt understood and it was clear to me that I would have him do it. He explained everything to me in great detail and convinced me with his competent and sensitive manner. He carried out the exchange from the round to teardrop-shaped implants; the front part of the capsule had to be removed because the implants now have a different shape, and in addition a little fat was taken from my thighs to cover the old inframammary fold. I am overjoyed with the final result and very grateful to Dr. Dobrovits for it. After the operation too he was always reachable for questions!

(At first it was only a consultation) Having wanted to get rid of my saddlebags since puberty, with nothing helping (sport, diet, etc. ...), and wanting a more beautiful, firm bust with a lovely décolleté, I decided to get some advice. I had very little breast tissue and was given 290 ml implants. I am very satisfied with them. I was neither bruised nor did I have haematomas. For the first 2 days I had pain, though the pain was not bad at all. The worse part was that I had to be sick after the anaesthetic. But that passed quickly. I went for consultations with many well-known doctors, including doctors who often were and are seen in various magazines and in beauty series on Austrian TV. I had one of those trigger fingers (that is when the tendon has slipped and you can no longer bend and straighten the finger normally). I had already had it on my right hand and the whole procedure was not very pleasant. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the doctor at the time and, as my left thumb was unfortunately now affected, I went to Dr. Andreas Dobrovits. I am very satisfied with how my breast surgery went. Firstly I got a consultation appointment very quickly (within a week of getting in touch) and was operated on within the following month. The stay was very pleasant, my food intolerances were taken into account too and the care was simply very good. Dr. Dobrovits also took very good care of me on site (before the operation) and was there in the operating theatre too. The "surgical assistants" were very kind and attentive as well. After the operation I had no pain, it only felt like badly aching muscles. I did not need any painkillers in the following days either. There is simply nothing to find fault with. Quick appointments, short waiting times - even though Dr. Dobrovits always took enough time for me. As early as the initial consultation he inspired so much confidence by explaining all the options and risks openly (and in an easily understandable way). I am very glad to have found this wonderful doctor. My bust was an exceedingly complicated case, as it was already asymmetrical to begin with and was then also botched by another, unfortunately less good doctor. The operation was therefore a real challenge, and over several consultations Dr. Dobrovits took the time to find the best solution. He also discussed with his colleagues at the Kuzbari Centre and other breast specialists what they would recommend. I had a initial consultation at the end of Feb 16 / beginning of March 16 for a breast lift and augmentation. I felt comfortable straight away, starting with the welcome at reception.The ladies are always friendly, attentive and obliging. Dr. Dobrovits took the time I needed to ask all my questions, answered them, and then the measurements began. From the very beginning I had a good feeling and the particular rapport I had hoped for with my doctor. The date of the operation was 3 weeks later. Everything went smoothly and the stay in hospital felt more like a hotel than a hospital stay. I had consultations with many doctors, but Dr. Dobrovits was the only one who took a full 1.5 hours to measure me in the greatest detail and to advise me, and he addressed my wishes. As this is a very intimate procedure and of course the best result should be achieved, I attended several consultation appointments (well known/less well known - at home and abroad - expensive/inexpensive). I found the best quality in terms of atmosphere, friendliness, empathy and professionalism at the Kuzbari aesthetic centre with Dr. Dobrovits. After the birth of my child the stretched skin of my abdominal wall unfortunately did not go back. In addition my abdominal muscles separated during pregnancy and did not grow back together after the birth either. In the course of my research into a breast augmentation I attended a wide variety of initial consultations with a wide variety of surgeons, but Dr. Dobrovits was the only one I found likeable right from the start. The doctor: he responded very well to my breast augmentation. From the very first consultation I felt I was in very good hands. The initial consultation was such that I made up my mind straight away. The doctor was very sensitive, competent and unflustered. Everything was explained in such a way that no questions were left unanswered. Many years passed between my wish for a breast augmentation and it finally being realised, probably because I was never sitting opposite the right doctor. Quite a few initial consultations with well-known beauty docs went by and I still had not reached the point of saying "yes" to the operation. I followed my gut feeling and kept looking. Having made the decision to have my bust enlarged, I set out to find a suitable doctor. Among my acquaintances I had several friends who had already undergone such an operation and of course I first asked about their experiences. But as none of the doctors they named, all big names in the ‘aesthetic surgery business’, really appealed to me, and as personally I did not like any of the results 100%, I decided to keep looking and did some research on the internet. For several years I had been thinking about a breast operation...a beautiful, well-shaped, full bust! However, quite some time passed before I was finally ready and, above all, had found the right surgeon for me...Dr.Dobrovits was and is that surgeon! As early as the initial consultation I felt very much in good hands, understood and comfortable. I was also able to confide in him straight away about my reasons for such an operation, as well as my doubts, wishes and ideas of a perfect bust.
