What the initial consultation includes
Breast surgery has to go perfectly, and that work begins long before the day of the operation. That is why a great deal happens in the initial consultation:
- We get to know each other and listen: what do you want, what bothers you?
- We photograph and measure your breasts and look at the images together.
- You try trial implants and see your possible new breasts in the 3D and VR simulation.
- We show you before and after photos of comparable patients.
- We explain the procedure, risks and downtime of your operation.
- You receive a written cost estimate and, if you wish, a plan for paying in instalments.
- You get all the time you need to think it over. We will never try to push a patient into an operation.
The surgeon who advises you also operates

You need bring nothing but yourself. Three things still make the conversation better.
What happens after the appointment
After the consultation you decide in your own time — at home with your 3D simulation and with your partner, if you like. If you decide to have surgery, the next steps are:

Frequently asked questions about booking
Is the initial consultation binding?
No. It places you under no obligation. Nobody is pushed into an operation, and there is no deadline by which you have to decide.
Who can I book with?
With Dr. Andreas Dobrovits and Dr. René Draxler, both specialists in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery focusing on the breast.
Is the 3D simulation part of the appointment?
Yes. It takes place in the same appointment and is included, as are the measurements and the trial implants.
What should I bring?
Photos of breast shapes you like, and your questions. If your breasts have been operated on before, please bring the operation report and the implant card.
How much does breast surgery cost?
A breast augmentation costs from 5,300 euros, everything included. You receive the binding cost estimate in writing after the examination; the costs can be spread over up to 60 months through Kuzbari Finance.
