The patient says that since childhood she has had considerably increased fatty deposits in the abdomen/flank region and on the upper back, and that everyone in her family has very, very pronounced fatty deposits in this area. This bothers her a great deal. In the area of the abdomen no hernias whatsoever and no diastasis recti are palpable. A pinch of 4 cm is apparent in the lower abdominal area, but also, in the upper abdominal area just below the costal arch, a fatty deposit and a pinch with local fatty deposits of 3.5 cm. In the flank area, both in the lower and in the upper part, likewise from 4 to over 4.5 cm. Clear bra rolls with a left-right asymmetry are also apparent. The connective tissue is good to moderate.
