Above the platysma, which the patient can unfortunately only tense very poorly, fatty tissue is easily pinchable. On bending forward, a clear fatty deposit deep into the neck is apparent. Fatty deposits are apparent in the lateral areas as well. The patient's connective tissue is very good.
