Rhinoplasty, 26

What bothers the patient:

The patient has been affected by the shape and function of her nose for a very long time / years. The shape is, however, more important to her. She has already been to an ENT specialist, who diagnosed a deviated nasal septum. Breathing is worse. She does not want a snub nose. She is affected by the following changes:

1. the nose should be straight when viewed from the front
2. the nose should be straight when viewed from the side, by which she means the reduction of the hump
3. the tip should be raised a little, this applies both when smiling and at rest
