What bothers the patient:

The patient has wanted a nose operation for a long time. She is bothered by the shape of the nose, above all in the side view. She wants a correction of the nasal hump and of the downward-hanging part of the nasal tip. She feels that the nose projects too far from the face and that the nostril openings run too elongated.

Open correction of the shape of the nose (open septorhinoplasty).
