Anti-ageing in autumn with the Weekend Peel
In principle we divide peels into two different categories: the Lunch Peel and the Weekend Peel. Autumn is the perfect season for more invasive treatments such as peels and laser treatments. In terms of anti-ageing the Weekend Peel is especially popular, because with it we can effectively treat fine lines and age spots and conjure up an even complexion.

Difference: Lunch Peel and Weekend Peel
The Lunch Peel has the advantage of being a short peel for which not much preparation or aftercare is needed. Hence the name: it can practically take place during the lunch break. A good example of this is a fruit acid peel.
The Weekend Peel, by contrast, is a trichloroacetic acid peel. Again the name reveals a good deal, because the desired effect is this: the peel is carried out on Thursday, Friday can still be spent without restrictions, and about 48 hours after the peel the skin in the treated area begins to peel. Unlike the Lunch Peel, we therefore reckon with downtime of about one ‘long weekend’. Anyone who wants to be completely sure may also take Monday and Tuesday off and turn up at work on Wednesday with a perfect glow. Of course the peel can take place on any day of the week.
Areas of application of the Weekend Peel
Since this is a comparatively intensive peel, we can also achieve greater success in the area of anti-ageing. Pigmentation disorders, scars, fine lines and age spots can be treated effectively with the Weekend Peel. Not only on the face, but also on the décolletage and the hands. This form of peel is also particularly suitable for blemished skin, in order to regain a balanced and calm skin appearance.
Course of the treatment
A detailed initial consultation before the Weekend Peel is a must. Before every peel a detailed initial discussion takes place with us at the Kuzbari Centre, in which all questions and / or wishes are clarified. The Weekend Peel requires not only the right aftercare, such as the social downtime of about 4-6 days, but also a certain amount of preparation. A 14-day pre-treatment with a special cream is necessary. Patients who are prone to cold sores should in any case also take preventive cold sore prophylaxis.
The Weekend Peel removes flakes of skin, refreshes the complexion and provides radiant, even skin. The appearance of scars, fine lines, pigmentation disorders and blemishes is noticeably improved. In combination with active-ingredient creams and serums the effect can be optimally enhanced.
