Your favourite book:
“Our man in Havana” by Graham Greene – a marvellous example of how love, creativity and adventure can change your life.
Your motto in life:
Always think positively. A positive thought in the morning can change your day. You should give every day the chance to become the most beautiful one.
Do not begin to stop, do not stop beginning. Accept and change.
Where do you let your soul unwind:
The German word for soul, Seele, already contains the word ‘See’ (lake). And I feel peaceful and relaxed in nature by the water in quiet, in the forest ... Sardinia is and remains my dream holiday.
Your favourite beauty tip:
I use hardly any or no decorative cosmetics at all. The right care and sufficient moisture give the skin a natural radiance and a youthful appearance.
I take care to drink plenty of water and to have a balanced diet. Exercise in the fresh air is good for the circulation and makes the skin nicely rosy.
In addition I recommend a professional massage from time to time. It not only stimulates the circulation and the flow of lymph, but also improves the metabolism. The muscles are also loosened and this has a positive influence on one's mood as well.
