Wordrap: Dr. Elke Janig
The powerhouse at the Kuzbari Centre is our dermatologist and venereologist Dr. Janig, whom we introduce to you today.

Dr. Elke Janig is a specialist in dermatology and venereology as well as a molecular biologist. Her focus is the improvement of the skin - whether for aesthetic or health reasons.
The Carinthian, who completed her studies in Graz and Vienna and most recently worked at the University Clinic for Dermatology in Vienna (AKH), complements the team around Dr. Rafic Kuzbari. ‘Dr. Janig is a doctor who is completely absorbed in her profession and is engaged in it with great enthusiasm and specialist knowledge. Her specialist field of the skin is the perfect complement for our centre’, says Dr. Kuzbari about his colleague. ‘But quite apart from her professional know-how, it is a pleasure for all of us to work with such a likeable doctor.’
Dr. Janig has know-how in abundance, incidentally: for one thing she worked for a long time in anti-ageing research in the field of cell stress and ageing. For another she gathered many years of practical experience in aesthetic medicine at home and abroad. Among other places in the cosmetic outpatient clinic at the AKH Vienna and with the international peeling expert Dr. Marina Landau in Tel Aviv.
Besides numerous publications, lectures and awards, Dr. Janig is a member of a wide variety of societies, such as the Austrian Society for Cosmetics and Ageing Research (ÖGDKA) or the European Society for Dermatological Research (ESDR).
