To dos after a CoolSculpting treatment
You do not have to reckon with pain, as this is a non-invasive procedure. But how should you feel in general during and after the CoolSculpting treatment? What a CoolSculpting treatment feels like and how you should behave afterwards, we have written up for you in the following to-do list.

Pain during CoolSculpting?
As CoolSculpting is distinguished by its non-invasive technology, the treatment is not painful either. The sensation differs from patient to patient, however. Most people find CoolSculpting unpleasant during the treatment but not painful. At the start it is above all the suction of the vacuum applicator that is felt; the cold that follows – which makes the fat cells die off – is hardly noticed. The massage function of the CoolSculpting device distributes the cold evenly over the region to be treated. In general most patients can relax during the treatment, read a magazine or listen to music.
What to observe after the CoolSculpting treatment
Directly after the CoolSculpting treatment the region usually feels slightly irritated and is red; a slight burning sensation can also occur. This will ease after about 1 to 2 hours and is entirely normal. In the days that follow, a slight sensitivity to pressure at the treated places is often added.
The unique advantage of the CoolSculpting technology is that there is no downtime. Directly after the treatment you can in fact return to your everyday life. Sport is possible too, and even desirable – because physical activity can activate the metabolism and thus optimise the results of the CoolSculpting treatment. After the treatment you should also make sure you are sufficiently hydrated and at least 2.5 litres.
