1. Liposuction: First, excess fat is removed from the troublesome areas; these can be on the bottom itself or on another part of the body such as the hips, abdomen or thighs. This alone can already show the bottom off better.

2. Autologous fat transfer: The suctioned fat is specially processed and inserted where it is needed. Usually in the upper outer area of the bottom. 

3. High Definition Body Contouring (HDBC): In the last step, the actual fine-tuning, the bottom is shaped down to the last detail. Particular attention is paid to improving the proportions and at the same time bringing out natural attributes.
