The nose - well-being and self-confidence with every breath
Rhinoplasty is among the most frequently performed aesthetic operations worldwide. Dr. Rafic Kuzbari explains why.

The nose forms the centre of the face. Like no other medical procedure, a rhinoplasty can harmonise the aesthetics of the face and enormously improve a patient's well-being and self-confidence.
The Kuzbari Centre relies on individual ideals of beauty and is out in front when it comes to rhinoplasty. Dr. Kuzbari gave a lecture at the Billrothaus and explained the broad spectrum of nasal surgery.
Rhinoplasty is probably among the most frequently performed aesthetic operations of all worldwide.
If the nose fits harmoniously with the face, it hardly stands out. If, however, it is conspicuous in any way – too large, too long, crooked – it becomes an eye-catcher for the person opposite.
Dr. Rafic Kubari is a plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience in the field of reconstructive facial surgery.
“The art in a nose operation lies in bringing form and function into harmony”, says the specialist.
“The nose is not only of aesthetic relevance, but above all also fulfils important health functions such as breathing, warming and moistening the air we breathe.”
Individual solutions
The Kuzbari Centre has set itself the goal of achieving for every patient the change that individually suits their facial proportions and type. The entire medical spectrum of nasal surgery is covered in the process: Aesthetic rhinoplasty, simultaneous functional rhinoplasty by straightening the nasal septum or supporting the cartilage framework, reconstructive rhinoplasty (e.g. after injuries, accidents, tumour diseases) and revision surgery on the nose (e.g. after unsuccessful aesthetic procedures).
Safety and transparency
To guarantee patients the greatest possible transparency and safety, the Kuzbari team works with the Vektra 3 D: “With this photographic device we simulate the face with the planned nose shape before the procedure by means of the most modern 3D technology”, explains Dr. Kuzbari. “On the basis of the images I can show the patient what his face would look like with the corrected nose.”
In the subsequent operation, work is carried out as closely to the model as is humanly possible. This means the element of surprise is absent and the tension also drops on both sides – for doctor and patient.
Safety and professionalism are our cornerstones, satisfied patients our highest goal.
