5 anti-ageing tips against the first fine lines
Anyone worried about wrinkles can do a great deal to prevent premature skin ageing with just a few tips. The best tricks and recommendations from our skin care experts Dr. Elke Janig and Sonja Panagiotides.

The internet and the media are full of dubious tricks against wrinkles and sagging skin. Mud baths and snail slime, alternating showers and facial yoga. Or would you rather have nothing but air and water? With this flood of advice it is not at all easy to keep track. Yet it could be so simple - here are the top 5 tips for youthful skin.
Tip 1 - Sun protection
The sun is the no. 1 main cause of wrinkles, pigmentation disorders and enlarged pores. It is all the more important not to let it get that far in the first place and to prevent it with a high sun protection factor - ideally 30 or higher. Sun protection should not be missing in winter either. Make sure you have UVA and UVB protection. That already takes care of one important anti-ageing step.
Tip 2 - Good night
Sleep is important, that has long been no secret. But the choice of bed linen can also have an effect on skin ageing. Choose smooth materials such as silk or satin and use a rich moisturising mask for the night from time to time.
Tip 3 - Water is life
Even if you may not want to hear it any more - you should drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Anyone who finds this difficult can fall back on foods rich in water such as tomatoes, cucumbers, melons and oranges. Water helps with cell renewal and with detoxification.
Tip 4 - Beauty treatments from a professional
At the Kuzbari Centre there are many ways to treat and prevent wrinkles - e.g. fillers, chemical peels, laser and skin-tightening treatments. Depending on the age of your skin and your wishes, the ideal therapies can be found to make you look fresh and rested again and to prevent new wrinkles.
Tip 5 - You are what you eat
This tip is not new either, but it is readily neglected. Healthy fats in nuts, linseed oil, fish or avocado, proteins and wholefood carbohydrates not only help with a healthy metabolism and digestion, they also have an effect on the skin.
