What bothered the patient:

Die Patientin ist durch Form und Funktion der Nase beeinträchtigt. Sie hatte bereits eine Operation an der Nase. Die Form und Funktion sind für sie gleichwertig. 1. Das Septum geht zu weit nach unten. 2. Nasenhöcker, sie empfindet dort noch einige Unregelmäßigkeiten am Nasenrücken, es sollte auch etwas "Sprungschanzen-mäßig" aussehen. 3. Die Nasenspitze soll auch schöner sein, soll wie eine kleine Stupsnase aussehen. 4. Gerades Septum, damit meint die Patientin die Atembeschwerden.
